Construction:
The 1-3/8" thick steel garage door sections of Buildmark STS are made from two layers of strong, rust-resistant 25-gauge galvanized steel and are coated with a baked-on polyester paint finish for long life.

Track/Rollers:
Track formed from strong galvanized steel, paired with durable, long-wearing steel rollers ensures smooth, quiet operation.

Insulation:
Polyurethane insulation fills 100% of the door's interior space and delivers an exceptional 12 R-Value, provides structural integrity, and helps reduce noise.

Thermal Protection:
A continuous thermal break (A), prevents heat-loss by eliminating metal-to-metal contact between inside and outside garage door surfaces. An air seal (B) blocks airflow between sections.

Finished Interior:
BuildMark STS features a steel interior backing for a finished appearance and added durability.

Section Joints:
Strong, roll-formed tongue-and-groove meeting rails seal out the elements, keeping your garage dry and secure.

Exterior Texture:
Authentic wood grain texture on the garage door's exterior adds visual appeal.

Tamper Proof Cable Attachment:
The tamper-resistant counter balance cable attachment cannot be released while the cable is under tension, helping prevent injuries or accidents.

Weatherseal:
A vinyl weatherseal attached to a sturdy aluminum retainer helps keep out wind and rain.

Buildmark STS doors may qualify for a Federal Tax Credit equal to 30% of the door cost (excluding labor or other materials), up to a maximum of $1500 when installed on an insulated garage of the owners principal residence. Contact us for more details.
